Credit or debit card registration

We ask all patients to provide a credit or debit card to be stored on file. This is stored securely using Stripe which has the highest level of bank security and encryption, our staff do not have access to your card or bank details at any time. Stripe is a trusted payment processor used by many companies worldwide including Amazon, Zoom and Google.

At the time of any consultation or service, you will be issued with an invoice and you may choose to pay your invoice by any credit or debit card, including American Express.

In the unlikely event that an invoice is not settled after 7 days then we will give advance notice by email that we will charge your stored card after 48 hours.
