We kindly request all patients to provide a credit or debit card for secure storage on file. Your information is safeguarded using Stripe, known for its top-tier bank security and encryption. Rest assured, our staff never have access to your card or bank details. Stripe is a trusted payment processor utilized by renowned companies worldwide, such as Amazon, Zoom, and Google.
Upon any consultation or service, you will receive an invoice, and you have the flexibility to settle it using any credit or debit card, including American Express.
In the rare circumstance that an invoice remains unsettled after 7 days, we will provide advance notice via email. After 48 hours, we will charge your stored card accordingly.
