All prescriptions at Coyne Medical are clinically reviewed by a doctor to ensure they remain safe and appropriate.

• Prescriptions issued during a consultation are included

• Sage and Opal monthly members receive repeat prescriptions as part of their care

• For prescription requests made outside a consultation by patients without a monthly membership, a £30 prescription review fee applies.

Many medications require regular review and monitoring for your health and safety. If you are overdue monitoring, we will contact you to arrange this before issuing further prescriptions.

If a review appointment is needed, we’ll always explain why and discuss the best next step.

Please note: medications not previously prescribed by one of our doctors, or prescriptions requested for a new symptom, will usually require a consultation before we can safely prescribe.

Routine requests are usually processed within 1 working day.
