BOOKING REFERENCE FOR YOUR PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM

Don’t forget to check your email for your confirmation of your Covid-19 test appointment (email will appear to be from ‘contact’). If you have not received it, then please check your junk folder and contact us. This email contains your unique booking reference which you will need to complete your passenger locator form here.

TEST PACKAGE BOOKINGS

When you book a day 2 and 8 or a day 2, 5 and 8 package you will choose the date and time of your day 2 appointment. We will then usually book your day 5 and 8 appointments for you and email you confirmation on this within 24 to 48 hours. If you need to change the time or date your appointment then please get in touch with us.

TEST TO RELEASE HOME TESTING

If you have booked a ‘home test’ for a day 5 Test to Release test then please note the time given is indicative. The courier will usually arrive to bring your test kit in the morning and wait whilst you complete your test. If you need a specific time or other arrangement then please get in touch with us.
